Message from the President

I’ve given a lot of thought over the years as to what dealers are concerned about, what they are looking for in a good vendor. And, that brings me to the theme of Better, Faster, Cheaper GUARANTEED.

First of all, price is always the number one issue. Value is certainly right up there with it. And, if all other things are equal – quality of the work, type of product or level of service that a dealer requires. If that dealer’s perception is that it is all the same, then, obviously, price would be the only deciding factor.

We understand that, here at MegaGrafix. Because, we have been direct sellers of product over the last 35 plus years. And, now, we are wholesalers to the trade, only. We only sell our MegaGrafix products to distributors and dealers. And, we guarantee that we will protect our dealers.

So, again. What do dealers want. First of all, they want a great product. They want the product to meet their customers’ needs and expectations. And, our job is to present those products for them in an environment where their customers value that.

One of the first questions that gets asked many times when a dealer is asking about a product or a capability is, “When can we have it?” Everybody wants things faster. We are totally aware of that at MegaGrafix. And that is why many of our capabilities, our systems, our automation is designed to do that. And that is why we run multiple shifts everyday.

Now, I know that it is not politically correct to use the word, cheaper. But, we are. If you add up our level of service, our quality, how far we will go to help a dealer get an order, and then add in our very aggressive pricing, pricing skills we’ve honed over the years, then we are cheaper.

But, we are also better. And, we are faster. And, because we know how to do this, and because we know how to do it very well, we can guarantee it.

Our purpose of the guarantee is so a dealer is never at risk that his customer won’t be happy. And, that is how we run our business. And that is why we have the kind of growth that we enjoy. Because we value our dealers and their relationships with their customers.
