Send Us Your Files
Here you can upload artwork files to us.
If you do not already have login information, please contact your salesperson.
Frequently Asked Questions
- We can utilize an FTP server that you're more familiar with if you have access to one. Please contact your sales rep.
- You can also continue to use your own favorite ftp client (or iDropper, our previous FTP client solution) and upload the way you are used to.
- There's no limitation on the size of artwork file you can upload.
- The upload speed will depend on your Internet connection speed and the size of the files you're uploading (can be from minutes to hours).
- Please compress (zip or sit format) all files before uploading to make the transfer go faster. PDFs don't need to be compressed - the PDF file format is compressed already and manually compressing won't make it significantly smaller.
- You cannot create folders on the FTP server. If you have many files to upload, you can compress them into one file (zip or sit format) before hand to make the transfer go faster and to keep all your files together.
- You'll get an error if you try to upload a file if it already exists on the server. If you need to upload a file again (the first time the transmission got interrupted, or a revised version needs uploaded) then rename the file on your local computer first (putting "rev2" at the end of it, etc.) before re-uploading.
